Matt is a licensed architect and co-founder of 1x2 Architecture.  He has a diverse knowledge of project types and is skilled at bringing users, community members and project clients together over a project’s common goals while engaging in a collaborative design process.  Matt’s responsibilities include working with our clients to develop and execute the architectural design and delivery of the project by coordinating the work between the owner, users, consultants, and contractors.  He is knowledgeable of all facets of the design and construction process including, but not limited to programming, conceptual design, city entitlements processes, code review, project estimates,   construction methods & materials, technical research, and sustainable practices.
